TATKAL TICKET...
Is it possible for all passengers to board the train if there is PARTIALLY CONFIRMED TATKAL TICKET??
if there are 3 passengers and 1 tickets got confirmed, is it possible for all 3 to board the train...

In generat WL, the top WL passengers can travel(eg:WL1,WL2), is it??
And in tatkal WL it is not possible, am I right?
