After all the Confirmed berths got exhausted, 24 more people have had purchased the ticket; i.e. the Maximum Waiting List position had moved up to 24.
Now due to some cancellations or may be release of berth/s from special quota, the position have now come down to RAC 115.
(24 Waiting List position had gone down + Some RAC tickets were also cancelled=> If RAC Limit for that particular class for that particular sector is say 120; 5 RAC tickets were also cancelled apart from the 24 Waiting List Tickets)

No.. I was not able to book on Koyana and Jodhapur Exp.. but Mahalaxmi Exp shows this status for 29th..

Agar ab tak koi bhi ticket cancel nahi hua hota toh aap ko Wl24 Milta
lekin jabse waiting list shuru hua hai 24(24 se jyada bh iho sakta hai kyu ki maximum rac kitna diya hai hume pata nahi) passengers ne apne ticket cancel karvadiye hai
abhi aap ko wl24/rac115 milega
next book karne wale ko Wl25/rac116 milega
