I booked a ticket in tatkal and it was in WL. Now when chart is prepared, it is still in WL. Can I use this ticket for travel or it would be cancelled by railways?

No for? If this would be cancelled, whether I will get refund for my ticket?
If you book this ticket from internet then it will be cancelled automatically if remains waiting after chart preparation. 20 rs will be deducted .
