Elephant was declared dead by vet & burried in the same area...!! The End !!! Who has given permission to move trains @ 130 kmph b/w DHN-GMO Section? Where is Jairam Ramesh now..??? He has to take the call even if he's not the incharge of Environment ministry now because the lady who is presently the MoEF is not at all worried by the death of Elephants...no griviance from here after she joined the ministry more than 20 elephants have died but no condolence message from her.Why should Rly alone take care....Immediately implement 30 kmph PSR in the Grand Chord & declare it as severely...

As per 12310 TT, the allotted time is 205 minutes to cover 211km. As per my knowledge, MGS - PNBE section MPS is 110kmph. even with 80- 85 kmph average speed, 12310 will arrive PNBE 40 minutes early.
may be but i have read it in the news paper whose pdf has been uploaded here in the past too..
