except IRCTC is there any online reservation website which will work efficiently between 8am-9am. for tatkal tickets IRCTC is not at all opening in this time..please reply
IRCTC is the base of all sites which accepts online train reservation. From 8-9 is the time of tatkal booking. It is slow during this period but its manageable most of the times (according t my experience)
I don't think you can book tatkal from other sites like cleartrip, makemytrip etc between 8 to 9 am. Have tried before but does not show tatkal availability.
thomascook is also an authorised ticket booking site , plz try this
