Before the was some rule like tickets will not be issued below 300 kms distance for this train. Is this rule still exist or some amendments have been done.

Actually I tried to book a SL tic from Moradabad(MB) or Bareilly(BE) to NDLS which is less than 250 or 300 kms thru irctc and it permits me to book a tic and wnt upto the payment gateway so for this reason i need to reconfirm this..
