how is it having rake sharing with BCT rajdhani

They dont have to change. On one side of board are details of 12951/52 and on other side are 12953/54. So inside is made outside and vice versa.
but why they have to change the rakes/
on that reaches mumbai in the morning can take its journey back to NDLS on the evening
and railways have enough time to maintain the rakes from 9 to 4 in day

There are total 5 rakes shared between 12951/52-12953/54 and its rake sharing works in the below ways; 12951 - Departs BCT on a Monday, returns to BCT as 12952 on a wednesday. The same rake leaves BCT as 12953 the same day (wednesday) and returns at BCT as 12954 onFriday. It rests at BCT on Friday and again departs BCT as 12951 on saturday.
