Nope!! EMD's don't have such troubles!! they are advanced locomotives n few of WDP-4D have AC fit cabins too.
Wdp 3a are rare locomotives... I don't see any wdp 3a at all..
They are not so rare.
only GOC n TKD homes them. the real reason y the production was stopped u have read above.
