the recent commissioning of the 7th Escalator o­n Platform No. 4&5 and of two Lifts- o­ne each o­n Platform No.1 and 10 - in the second week of August, 2013, Secunderabad Railway Station has emerged as the first major Railway Station o­n Indian Railways to be equipped with Escalators o­n all of its 10 Platforms and Lifts o­n both the main Platforms at entrances.
Feel great to have association with TWIN cities. Feel great to have been a user of SC for almost 12 years now. Feel great to have my home station in SCR, a silent but most profitable Zone on the IR Map.
