IRCTC is on going to get a Facelift with features Segregation to Make Booking of Tickets smoother from September.Also Adding buying of Concessional Tickets for abled passengers & online booking of retiring rooms is also to be added.Hope for the Best.

Yep. I always preferred PRS. Maybe from this time, i'll prefer IRCTC. :-)
Mujhe to bekaar lagta hai PRS ka kaam. Pehle line mein lago, aur uske baad ticket sambhalte phiro. Hamesha e-ticket book karta hun aur TTE ko sirf ID dikha deta hun. Koi message ya printout nahi maangta. :)
Old ways are sometimes better than newer ones.
waise toh, its been quite a long time i had a perfect journey.
so maybe this time i'll opt for #IRCTC. :-)
