Can any one say what logic behind "superfast" . How a train can be given status of superfast train. Is this is only to charge extra are there are some rules that a super fast train must have some features like pantry, speed, etc.

As per the link provided by you it is written as follows
According to the Indian Railways, the trains which attain an average speed of 55 km an hour are called Superfast Trains
Is this is correct?

Therotically yes but sometimes IR doesnt count the extended stoppage times at intermediate stations
Superfast Mail-Express-Intercity: Long/Short Distance Express Trains with Average Speed more or equal to 55 K MPH
- Target: Regular Journey Passenger
- Accommodation: 1A/2A/FC/3A/CC/SL/2S/GEN

Then how 2255/2256 comes in superfast type. It average speed from org to destination is just 44/43 kM only.
