in himgiri sf express/12331 i was trying to issue ticket from Kolkata to ambala juction on 15/10/2013 but it shows (2AC) GNWL30 / WL26 what it means?? and is there is chance to get the ticket confirm??

This means there's no separate quota for Varanasi, ONLY if someone books from HWH to BSB, and travels (i.e not cancel before chart preparation) you'll get the seat there onwards. Since the train has only half 1A, this is a risky bet.
