i was just asking about SBC-DMM stretch..if we see both trains tt, both reaches HUP in gap of 10 mins.Considering this busy route,most of the trains run late and KK gets very high priority in this route.I have seen so many instances that SBC-KCG pulled over even if it is late by half an hour.

Is it? Does KARNATAKA EXP overtake SBC - KCG SF?

No. They both run with almost one hour gap and after gooty SBC-KCG SF diverts towards Dhone where as KK goes towards Guntakal. No need of overtake.
