can anybody tell me about the first class seating arrangement of nilgiri mountain passenger(56136) . IRCTC is showing that there is two option , upper & lower. I want to know actual arrangement. what is the concept of upper? Is the lower contains 2 side by side seats or anything else! Again what about the toilet facility!!!
from the picture it is seen that it is chair car. But why IRCTC is giving the option upper & lower for 1st class???
Only sitting arrangement in this train.
IRCTC must be showing upper n lower by mistake or may be showing this option for all trains.
Can ignore that part.
