That time at the night, not many trains!!VSKP-DVD can be covered in 30mins and train can reach by 12.30.
over all slack time from kollam - vskp so dvd-vskp slck is more i think
ECoR has to work out a way to make it reach VSKP before 12.30. Anything beyond that is a real worry for family pax!!
better make it run from kollam at 11.45pm- 12.15 pm so that it reaches vskp at 4am
