Sarkar kuch kare ya nahi... janta kabhi kuch nahi seekhegi..
but I am happy that seeing my habit, even my friends (who initially used to laugh at me if I kept any empty cover of biscuit/chocolate in my bag or pocket), have learnt to throw garbage only in dust bins
