All Karmabhoomi and Jansadharan express trains must be run with equal number of general and sleeper coaches and have Pantry car attached to it. At least those people travelling very long distance will have an opportunity to travel in relative comfort in SL coaches by paying marginally higher fare. Assuming the person travels 2000 Kms, the amount one would pay in GN unreserved coach will be around Rs 350 and in SL class it will be around Rs 625. I am sure most people traveling such a long distance would be willing to pay Rs 250-300 extra for the basic level comfort.
