My ticket is partially confirmed.
there are 3 members to travel. Chart prepared

the can travel subject to TTE.. If TTE allows they can travel..
First TTE has to agree the W/L to travel if ok they need to adjust in RAC seat if no further availability arises.
For cancellation of RAC/Waitlisted tickets upto the prescribed time limits, full refund of fare will be given, after deducting the clerkage charges per passenger.
