i wish to book a ticket from agrafort to sealdah in train no. 12988 ajmer sealdah express. due to non availability of reservation from agra fort to sealdah can i book a ticket from ajmer to sealdah while boarding at AGRA FORT.

Yes you can if Date of Journey is not before 1 Oct.. If you wish you wish to travel before 1 Oct, Then you need to Visit PRS Counter with ID Proof in order to get you Boarding Point Changed.
