Yes the New BP System applies for DOJ Oct 1st 2013 onwards...If you book E-ticket with BP as mentioned above:
1.Till Sep 30th --- Kota Quota.
2.From Oct 1st --- NZM Quota.

Okie..thanks my quiery is solved.. :)
Booked a ticket for 8th Oct in TVC Raj.. from NZM to TVC with KOTA as BP and i was expecting to get KOTA quota but i got in Gen Quota... thats Y...
I had betted with my senior official that the ticket will be in Kota Quota.. bt he got in Gen Quota and hence the confusion came... :)
