This train can be delayed by 2 hrs from BKN, thus people from mumbai can board the train (currently arrives at 5 in PNVL) and will increase patronage, and will also reach CBE. from CBE it can be extended to ED/SA/TPJ.
This fits in the slot of TVC Rajdhani, they can't change it as per their will.

considering end to end availability they should increase seats from panvel.. very little seats for Mumbai...

Only very limited quota is given for Mumbai... They need to increase the number of seats for Panvel station, thus people between CBE- Panvel as well as Panvel - Bikaner will utilize at maximum use....
