More catagory under the blogging will help every one to read as well as post the entries. And may be the searching will automatically be filtered with broad categorisation.e.g. PNR, complaints, suggestions submitted and pending, suggestions locked, food and pantry car on train. Safety, Punctuality.. and you can visualise better how to refine even this post and get into worthy implemented suggestion.

We have 11 sub categories in news forum, but only two sub categories have been highlighted. Whereas main blog page has a mix of all , which makes it attractive. Any dilution may result in decrease of readership.
