Oh no, don't remind me of these WDM-3A's!! they look calm at idle, but when they start hauling a SF, tat's when one can see the real anger.
Technically, due to excessive obstacles, like caution p.s.r, these ALCO's take up time to pick up 90+ kph. if next 15-20 km/s are free of all these stuff, then one has to c these ALCOS showing their rage. even a WAP-4 will think twice before competing.
P.S casual comparing with ALCO vs WAP-4, none to b taken seriously.
