Railways book tickets 2 months from the date. If I check it today - 27 September, for 27th November, it says 'The Dates given were outside ARP'.At what time they will open the reservation for 27 November. Please advise.

ARP is not 2 months but 60 days. The effective 60th day is 26th November.
