एजेंट को विंडो टिकेट के मुकाबले अधिक किराये की वसूली करके ई-टिकेट बेचने की सलाह ! यानी की कस्टमर का एजेंट से दूर भागना , और एजेंट को हानि होने पर वह स्वयं एजेंट सिप छोड़ देगा , क्या यह आई आर सी टी सी की कोई एजेंट्स के विरोध की नई नीति है ?...सुमन कुमार मिश्र !
