Tungabhadra Express, Hauled by a MLY WDG3A entering PF 2 of Shadnagar on 28th Sept, 2013.
SCR was found so negligent that, they have put the board of Devagiri/Simhapuri Express instead of Tungabhadra/Intercity board on this KRNT bound train...How ridiculous ?
