I have will arriving at the NZM station by SBC Rajdhani exp and then have to proceed to board the Avadh Assam exp from Old Delhi (DLI) station. Any suggestions on how to travel from NZM to DLI would help. Also, Which side of the station is the Delhi traffic police pre-paid taxi/auto booths? Please suggest so that I can plan accordingly.

or if u r willing to travel only by train ..get down at NZM ..board GT in general .get down at NDLS , take metro to chandni chowk ...walk to old delhi station ..( do this only if u have less luggage and willing to travel in general with or without ticket ..not sure if tickets wud be checked between nzm to ndls) ...
Dont travel without ticket...there s lot of checking in local trains
u mean local train or in between local station ..GT is long distance train..
