Understood partially. But what about portion of money spent towards regular maintenance and making extra coaches? In short, increase of capacity? We don't get news about these often. Railways authority certainly knows which certain sectors shall have how much expected increase in volume of traffic. They surely an take measure to accommodate people. Now if they seriously do that, and increase the level of maintenance, people shall not be unhappy to pay more. In fact, none of our MPs' protested at the idea of Fuel Rate Calibration!
