Go to indian Railways website and then type your pnr in the pnr status.The additional fare you have to pay would be mentioned there.
check the new fares at indianrail.gov.in...deduct it from the fare given in ur tkt...and pay the difference onboard or at any prs...

I Had Too Pa Rupees 5more on 12363, but while return in 12378 TTE didnt charged anything more,
