Passenger 1: RA1 45 (Booking Status: W/L 28,GNWL)
Passenger 2: Waitlist# 1 (Booking Status: W/L 29,GNWL)
Chart PREPARED
Dear Sir,
Two passengers are traveling on one PNR/Ticket.
One of passengers is wait listed and another one is status RA1. (RAC)
I am not able to cancel this ticket since the chart is prepared; neither can i file TDR.
Can you please advise the procedure for getting Refund on this ticket (for both the passengers)
