Quite surprised by the launch of a train from Kharagpur...and even the destination (Villipuram). Any idea which set of passengers does it primarily cater to? Also important to note that it is maintained by Southern railway and not SER !!

I Have not seem so much patients flow from east India to kpd/vellore as compared to west/south or central/south. On a lighter vein sometime back someone told me that train 16323/16324-Shalimar -TVC exp was jokingly called 'Ambulance Express' for the number of patients that it carried bound for treatment to kpd/vellore !!
