why this train runs late by 4-6 hrs everyday?? (in winter it runs late by 12-16 hrs!!)

thats true but during summer and monsoon also it runs late by 4-6 hrs!!
Congestion on this trains route is the main factor. earlier this train had high prirority now not.
2357/2358 KOAA - ASR Superfast Punjab Express (Modified Duronto) gets highest priority on Calcutta - Amritsar Route via MGS - SLN - LKO - SRE - UMB - LDH as a Non - Rajdhani Superfast Train . Thanks .
