Good Evening, i had reserved three tickets(sleeper class of Duronto from Hyderabad to new delhi) on single PNR. Now i want to cancel two tickets out of those three tickets booked under single PNR. So my questions are:
1. Can i do this?

Yes you can...its partial cancellation.

Click Cancel E-ticket of PNR you wish to cancel,the list of passengers will be shown.Just check the box against passenger to cancel.
