This question is about TDR refund status, I have filled TDR on Aug 11th 2013 no refund was received and no update form IRCTC and railways GGM, can anyone tell me, to whom I need to complain about this issue. Am a regular blogger so many people are asking me the same question. IRCTC is not giving proper answer for this
