my waiting ticket is mumbai to delhi ,boarding point is surat.,but by mistake boarding point mumbai selected.
can i change my boarding point from mumbai to surat?
if i can change my boarding from mumbai to surat .what quota will apply?surat or mumbai?

the status wont change. simply visit a prs and get the BP changed by writing a request letter to the reservation superviser.
quota will not change.give an written application for change of BP to any PRS counter and get it changed,however you will not get refund for untravelled part of your journey.
