I have made a tatkal booking.
Passenger 1 is confirm. and passenger 2 and 3 is in waitlist
Will I get full refund if I cancel all the tickets.

Tatkal wait listed is prioritised over normal wait listed. IS it TRUE or FALSE?
PLEASE SHARE THE BASIS because I read somewhere that it is FALSE? ADMIN please clarify.
there are lots of other quotas in a train like HO, Handicapped, Dutypass, Parliament, Cancer.
all this quotas are released upon chart preparation. If this quotas are not booked by anyone than the seats are released to tatkal waiting list passenger.
I have this idea and have checked many a times.

Full refund will be granted only after preparation of chart if the ticket still remains partially confirmed. If u cancel it before chart preparation then u have to forego the amount of confirmed passenger
