my problem is that I had a ticket of "chennai to santragachi sf pooja special train" ticket of journey dated 14/10/2013 but due "philin strom" that train was cancelled,so i had to cancelled the eticket within 72 hrs of dept. of the train but that time i was travelling in the train , and after reaching home also my irctc account was sohing serevr error, ultimately i was not able to cancel the the eticket within 72 hrs. On 19/102013 only i am able file tdr for the ticket 7 tdr status is showing "refund in process" for last two days. My question is that though i am filed the tdr after 72 hrs of time limt is there any possilbility to get my amount refunded or for this whom i can contact .please help....
