RQWL-the quota for journey between Originating Station and Intermediate Station AND from Intermediate Station to Terminating Station will also be very less, as could be seen from the above data. Once this limited quota gets exhausted, the passengers will be placed in RQWL and they would get confirmed only when there are cancellations from out of the earlier confirmed bookings.
