want to know if in this train in class A1 a 15 ampere plugg is available?

so it will draw 1.6 to 2 Amp, which has to check on the lable proided at plug point. If it indicates more than 1.7 Amp max then you can use. Please confirm with IR technical staff for current (Amp)ability and also ask other management issues (350 wattage permitted or not?).
Could you maybe share whom to contact (IR technical staff ...)
please take care of previous issues of damage of chargers.

one can not do any thing as small inverters are used to convert AC to DC so due to wrong frequency ( we need 50 c/s ,60 c/s is ok) damage can happen.
