I want to know the how many seats available in SLEEPER/1A/2A/3A before ARP of any train for GN/PQ/RL

It varies from Train to train...If you want exact figure you can check out early morning or between 00:30 - 08:00 AM before ARP starts for the particular train/quota...
Thats what exact information can be known during the time specified...Say if ARP is starting from tomorrow morning 8 AM,you can check total quota avbl mid night from 00:30-08:00 AM morning before booking starts.

No not possible since Info will not be fed in to system...May come to know approx quota in case of some trains having poor booking in which ARP has already opened.
