i want to book tickets in tatkal on line.Details are train no. 12169 or 12157 class 2S date 31/11/2013. So at wat time the on line booking will start and at what date.

Is that for November date, Book in Normal Ticket it will confirm, dates are there.
if for Oct Oct 31st 2maro mrng 10am Tatkal opens
if for Oct Oct 31st 2maro mrng 10am Tatkal opens
whether this time of 10 am is for Window booking or on line booking OR......for both
