My ticket was confirmed, will it be allotted to some other train ?

no allotments done by ir but will run spl's trains if required later on that day/next day depending on rush since need to transfer rakes to other zones
Well this was a special train. And if any other train will run, will this ticket automatically be confirmed in the other ? or i will have to cancel my existing ticket and buy new ticket ?
