if i book 3 tickets together under same pnr number online via irctc then can i cancel or modify anyone of them or do i have to cancel all the 3 together??

can the name or age of the person be changed without cancelling the ticket??
both.. me and my father supposed to travel, so booked 2 tkts now instead of father if someone else travels then what will happen?? so i was asking if i can change the name and age of one ticket without cancelling that? if not then i have to cancel the whole tkt and book new one..
If another travelling with is Blood Relation if yes Name can be changed @ PRS before 24hours
