I have heard many a time that people in a group of 6 having 3 CNF and 3 WL board the train.Tomorrow there will be huge rush.Am i eligible to board this train with W/L counter(Strictly speaking no,i know that,practically i am asking).I donot need any berth for sleeping,as my journey starts at 14:00 and ends at 22:45.

Even Practically Speaking , its a Strict 'NO' to board Rajdhani with a W/L ticket whether its a PRS or ERS. However you can go to the TTE before departure and ask for a seat. If it's available then surely you can board the train.
usually it take 2 500 notes
1 DLI-CNB/ALD and 1 till MGS and TTE will come and tell u which seat to go Sir ji
