NR can only do something , they can get more rakes and separate RSA for KL and TN rajs and run separately ie daily
It wud be a great idea to make this a daily one. The constraints are slot sharing with Pune Drnt and rake availability:

1. It should run Triweekly in its original route with speeding up between NZM n BSR both in monsoon n non monsoon. The TT for TVC bound one needs to be revised like its pair 12431 by departing NZM @ 19:00 hours

All the rajdhani's to my knowledge are managed by the Northern railways. Even the coach attendant, pantry staff and even the TTE are all from NR. Its their responsibility to provide rakes. I think its the only train where the same set of TTE travel end to end.
No All Are Not Maintained WR SWR ER ECor ECR all Maintain Their Rajdhanis as thier Procedure NR has Max Rajdhanis So their Service to All Their Rajdhanis Is Bad as Compared to( WR SWR ER ECor ECR) these Rajdhanis.
ok. i was not aware of it. I thght almost all rajdhanis were part of northern railway
