from recent posts it has been noticed that "hwh wap4" of eastern railway has been used consistently with hwh cstm duronto for its high speed(max speed potential 130km/hr as sources claimed)......... as compared to src(santragachi wap4----- max speed 110 km/hr).

IR restricts WAP7 at 140 and not 160.. which is the same for WAP4's. If the section is allowed 140kmph a WAP4 can do it but a wap7 can do it with better acceleration.
