I've pnr 861-8092004 August kranti rajdhani exp nov 12, the 3A class status is W/L 2.
my question is how much chances of confirmation seat in 3A in August kranti express and if I don't get confirmed seat status and don't get my name on chart, can I board train on W/L status?
my second question suppose W/L status not changed by 11th Nov for my E-ticket and If I purchase new tatkal confirmed seat if available, can I apply for refund 1 day ago for W/L ticket and get full refund?...

you cannot enter the train with W/L ticket
same for tatkal ticket.
you can only travel if your ticket is confirmed/rac
if you are found travelling with W/L ticket, you will be deemed ticketless and fined +/- detrained.

thanks for details, I hope I get tatkal RAC Monday, I can't depend upon w/l.
tatkal either will be confirmed or WL ..tatkal tickets dont get into RAC ...
