nobhonil10 2412 blog postswhat about extending this train upto New Coochbehar and another LHB rake being made available..........if the train timings are changed and adjusted i.e. 2.20pm from NJP(12.00 FROM New Coochbehar) and 6.30am from HWH then it will definitely be beneficial for the travellers and the occupancy will increase exponentially......there are problems in the current timings
1.when the train reaches at njp in night,it becomes highly impossible for tourists,passengers to go to darjeeling,dooars,jalpaiguri,maynaguri.coochbehar.
2.it is also impossible for tourists to catch the train at 5.00 am in the morning.

present rake has almost 50% glasses broken..but agree occupancy is now close to 80%....also foreign tourists bound for Darjeeling have started using this train
yes that is an issue...but again it is only using 10 coaches and arranging another set of 10 coaches dont really seems to be an uphill task......if Rae-bareilly can provide another set of 10 coaches or even if old ICF coaches(by ICF Chennai or RCF Kapurthala) by the time LHBs are available,they can be made to run ..............addressing the issue with due interest will solve the problem............
Even if another rake is not available or it is not extended.............timings should be definitely changed and reversed
