True bro, I hail from western suburb but feel that CR is always neglected. Both WR and CR should get equal treatment, but it neva happened..
Don't understand why CRS is favoring WR but doesn't allows CR to go ahead.When WR had the same problem CRS allowed them then why not the same treatment for CR.CR is always neglected,and it is always WR which is preferred first.
