While booking today's ticket for Gujarat Mail the reservation Availability for 1A is displayed as 'REGRET/AVBL'
Can anybody please tell me what this 'REGRET/AVBL' means?

It had reached to the level of 'Regret', but because of cancellation(s), now available confirmed.

टिकट उपलब्ध है आप काउंटर या आई आर सी टी सी से टिकट ले सकते हैं . काउंटर की बाध्यता नहीं है.

We went to the reservation counter, we tried to book the ticket. But 'REGRET' means we can't book the ticket at all. Not even at the RESERVATION COUNTER. :)
